Using this method, new bonds between corneal collagen fibers are created, resulting in the corneal stiffness stabilization. Some of the technical characteristics that make the system unique are the following: screen timer for procedure tracking, &#8216;intelligent&#8217; software, special foot pedal for easy operation, fixation point for patient\u2019s comfort during treatment, integrated camera for real-time focus and calibration, innovative optical system for radiation beam uniformity (corneal surface).
